If you are an existing Winston VIP benefits customer and has a question about your coverage you may call the VIP benefits hotline at 800-347-6071.
Hours are;
Monday through Friday 8:30am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 5:00pm EST
Once connected you may;
- Press 1 - Payroll questions
- Press 2 - Coverage questions
- Press 3 - For new coverage
- Press 4 - If you received a letter
- Press 5 - To speak to a Benefits Counselor
If you have a question or issue regarding your VIP benefits coverage fill in the form along with any comments and click submit. A Benefits Counselor will review your message and will respond via email or contact you directly by phone to help resolve your question or issue.
