Today the latest release of our Employee Benefits Solution® Platform - EBS® provides a single sign-on Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for the communication, education, enrollment and administration of all benefit types in an organizations health plan.

Communication
EBS® enables an organizations HR team to communicate with employees in a highly effective personalized manner. EBS® is a communications portal that facilitates HR staff members to send highly-targeted messages to individuals or groups of employees about an enrollment event or upcoming changes in the benefits plan.
EBS® is a semi-customizable portal which allows an organization to incorporate their own brand, content and messaging to reflect the individual look and feel and corporate culture of your company. Documents such as Summary Plan Documents and other benefit forms can be imbedded into the portal to allow employees access to all benefits related information in a single on-line location.

The Platform automatically enforces your business rules and the rules of your benefit providers for open enrollment, new hires and employee life events that occur throughout the year. Employees can only view the benefits for which they are eligible and all requirements are automatically enforced online.

The Platform can assist HR Professionals with features that allow them to add, update and cancel benefits, as well as review and approve any employee changes.
