Today the latest release of our Employee Benefits Solution® Platform - EBS® provides a single sign-on Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for the communication, education, enrollment and administration of all benefit types in an organizations health plan.

Communication
EBS® enables an organizations HR team to communicate with employees in a highly effective personalized manner. EBS® is a communications portal that facilitates HR staff members to send highly-targeted messages to individuals or groups of employees about an enrollment event or upcoming changes in the benefits plan.
EBS® is a semi-customizable portal which allows an organization to incorporate their own brand, content and messaging to reflect the individual look and feel and corporate culture of your company. Documents such as Summary Plan Documents and other benefit forms can be imbedded into the portal to allow employees access to all benefits related information in a single on-line location.
Education
The product allows customized content to be tailored to specific categories of employees. In addition, EBS® can help support wellness initiatives and education of employees. Video content can be embedded explaining a wide variety of benefit-related topics including health and wellness, human resources and benefits terminology which will further educate employees on benefit product features and choices available to each individual.
Decision Support
EBS® provides an in-depth, interactive decision-assist feature which can guide employees through their benefit plan selection. It enables employees to compare benefit options based on detailed coverage, healthcare usage or benefit cost information. They can use this feature to calculate approximate annual out-of-pocket cost of their healthcare coverage by assisting them in the benefits selection process.
Enrollment
EBS® provides employees the ability to access and enroll in ALL plan benefits from a single web-portal application. The enrollment system is designed around your company’s benefit plan, and is easily configured to reflect your unique business and eligibility rules. The Platform automatically enforces your business rules and the rules of your benefit providers for open enrollment, new hires and employee life events that occur throughout the year. Employees can only view the benefits for which they are eligible and all requirements are automatically enforced online.

EBS® provides everything employers need to manage employee benefits online - from employee eligibility, to business rule enforcement, to daily tasks. The Platform can assist HR Professionals with features that allow them to add, update and cancel benefits, as well as review and approve any employee changes.
